These are just a few of the 43 Service Projects that the East Hampton Lions Club has proudly completed from July 2024 through June 2025.
The East Hampton Lions Club along with Food Share proudly sponsored 20 Food Share events that assisted 2,779 residents of East Hampton.
Members of the East Hampton Lions Club brought their world-famous French Fry and Hamburger trailers to the Haddam Neck Fair. Over the four day event 2,500 patrons were served.
The East Hampton Lions Club sponsored a Coat Drive for residents of East Hampton. 148 people were assisted with winter coats.
The East Hampton Lions Club held a Coat Drive and collected 7 contractor bags of Winter Coate and other items that were sent down to help in the North Carolina Hurricane Relief Effort. Over 1,200 people were assisted.
Members of the East Hampton Lions Club distributed large cans of sliced peaches and bunches of bananas to residents of Bellwood Court and Chatham Arres. Approximately 290 residents in total were assisted during that time.
A free concert was held at the VFW Hall on North Main Street in East Hampton starring the BOOGIE BOYS. There were 300 people in attendance.
Members of the East Hampton Lions Club cooked Hot Dogs and served homemade Chile to residents of East Hampton during their Thanksgiving Holiday Festival and their Christmas Holiday Festival. Approximately 4,000 people were served.
Two KidSight Eye Screenings were held at the East Hampton Nursery and the East Hampton Brightpath. 65 children were screened.
Members of the East Hampton Lions Club sponsored a Comedy Show at the VFW on North Maple Street in East Hampton. Members baked nice deserts for the attendees to enjoy from both Bellwood Court Chatham Acres. Approximately 100 people enjoyed the show and fine deserts.
The East Hampton Lions Club donated a Hospital Bed to a resident in East Hampton. The bed was valued at $1,200.
